Al Ameera Village Location:Ajman Type:Residential
Al Ameera Village, also referred to as The Princess Village and Oasis Ajman, is a residential and commercial project being built in the city of Ajman. The AED 1.2 billion (US$ 327 million) freehold development will be located on the Emirates Road and will cover an area of around 3 million square feet (279 thousand square meters).
Al Ameera Village will consist of 50 traditionally designed residential buildings, hotel apartments, commercial areas and a shopping mall. There is also the 500 meter boardwalk surrounded by gardens, parks, fountains, coffee shops, restaurants, traditional souk and retail outlets.
Added facilities and amenities in the Al Ameera Village include a mosque, nursery, commercial clubs with gymnasiums, swimming pools and other annexes. Wide roads and ample parking further accentuate the pleasure of traveling in the Al Ameera Village.
